You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Account accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Account termination

Permitted use

You may use the Service to create, publish, and share professional resume pages for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Service to upload, publish, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to scrape or extract data.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. By publishing content, you grant Resuma. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Our content

All intellectual property in the Service itself, including the platform design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by or licenced to Resuma. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically continue at the applicable paid rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which you will no longer be charged. Your resume pages will remain accessible until the period ends, at which point your account will revert to the free tier or be deactivated depending on the plan.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resuma. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resuma., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
